found another little tidbit I thought I would share...lets see how this baby works..

ok..this is not working quite the way I had wanted..am having trouble posting things from page to page so just bear with me...haha I am talking to my self..


I always say I am gonna start tomorrow...well not anymore!! Here is going to be a place I can write my food journal, share recipes and workout ideas..

I have some body issues that I have to work out with myself..That is one of the main reasons I hate my picture taken..I have a double chin and it just grosses me out...lol will post pics of my progress so hopefully I can see the changes!!
